How do I book X-Ray or Ultrasound home service?
You can book or modify your appointment through any of our communication channels—via our call center, WhatsApp, or by visiting one of our branches.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy for home radiology service?
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before or after the team has arrived at the location, 50% of the home service charge will be non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment time.
Do you offer home radiology services?
Yes! Images GO brings advanced ultrasound, and X-ray equipment to your home anywhere in Kuwait. Schedule by phone for same-day/next-day availability.
Can I get a digital copy of my images or CD?
Yes, you can receive your images either as a digital copy via a secure portal link or on a CD—whichever you prefer. Just let our team know your choice.
How quickly will I get results?
Most results are delivered within 3 hours (not days), helping doctors and patients make timely care decisions.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
You don’t need a doctor referral, but if you have one, it can help us better understand your needs and provide more accurate care.
Will my referring doctor be notified?
Yes, we will send the report PDF and images via a secure portal link. If we don’t have his contact information, we can request it from you to ensure he receives everything.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with most Kuwaiti and international insurers. Verify coverage with our billing team before visiting our Jabriya, Salmiya, or Hawally locations.
When and how will I receive my scan results?
Reports are available within 3-4 hours, if the scan is done before 5 PM. For scans done after 5 PM, the report will be available the next working day by 1 PM. urgent cases are given priority.
Who will explain my scan results?
Our radiologists are always available to explain your reports and answer any questions you may have.
